Order processing

Any order that has been placed and paid for by 3:00 p.m. is processed the same business day. For orders placed and paid for after 3:00 pm, the shipment will be forwarded to the courier for delivery on the next business day.

Delivery

Shipping of ordered products is carried out by courier companies DHL, InPost and PickPack (Warsaw, Lodz). To guarantee safety, all shipments sent by THEGLOOW.COM are insured.

Keeping in mind the convenience of our customers, we offer both prepaid and cash on delivery shipments. The exact costs are specified in the tables.
