Want to make a return? It's no problem!

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can exercise your right to cancel the contract and return the ordered products without giving any reason. To do so, submit a return through our convenient form. You can make a return in the My Account section "Order details / Return of products" or through the return form >>



How to make a return?

  1. Select the product from your order that you want to return.
  2. Give the reason for the return.
  3. Accept the terms and conditions.
  4. Confirm the return.
  5. Attach a return form 

Remember!

  • You send the returned products to us at your expense.
  • The returned product must be factory sealed and undamaged.
  • Only the complete set can be returned.

In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, products are not returnable:

  • subject to rapid deterioration or have a short shelf life;
  • delivered in sealed packages if they have been opened and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
