Is it necessary to have an account on TheGloow.com to place an order?

No. You can place an order as a Guest. This means that you do not need to register to order products.

However, registering with TheGloow.com gives you many benefits:

Can I cancel my order?

All orders go straight to fulfillment, which is why the delivery time is so short. To cancel your order, contact our Customer Service, if the order has not yet been issued to the courier for delivery, we will cancel it for you. How to check the status of a shipment?

You can check the status of your shipment after logging in to My Account at TheGloow.com online store - next to your order number you will find a link to track your shipment along with the waybill number.

Tracking of the shipment is also possible through emails sent at each stage of order processing.

What is the order processing time?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving and paying for the order In case of cash on delivery, the order will be processed after confirming the link sent to the email address indicated in the order.

How to pay for the order?

When placing an order, in step two in the shopping cart you choose a convenient payment method. You can choose from; quick payment, BLIK payment, Visa and Mastercard payment, deferred payment - Klarna and PayPo - and cash on delivery.

Is it possible to ship goods abroad?

Yes. We carry out shipments within the European Union. The cash on delivery option is not available for international shipments.

What is the cost of delivery?

For orders over 300zl shipping is provided free of charge. Below this amount, the cost of delivery by:
  • courier DHL - 20zl,
  • Inpost Paczkomaty 24/7 - 19zł
  • DHL POP points and vending machines - 19zł
  • PickPack - 30zł
  • courier DHL (COD) - 22zł

Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?

Yes. In order to receive a VAT invoice you need to select the option I want to receive a VAT invoice in the second shopping step in the shopping cart - this applies to both individuals and legal entities. An electronic VAT invoice is included in the shipping information for your order.
