Who bears the cost of returning the product?

How is the refund made?

However, refunds to credit or debit card accounts can take up to 30 days depending on the card provider and your bank's terms and conditions.

How to make a complaint about the purchased products?
Any product purchased from TheGloow.com can be claimed within 24 months from the date of purchase.
