B-complex High Five is a high-quality dietary supplement containing so-called B vitamins, choline, inositol.

Folate (folic acid) contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, helps in the normal production of blood and helps maintain normal homocysteine metabolism.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism, and helps in the normal functioning of the immune system.

Vitamin B12, in turn, helps in the normal production of red blood cells, in maintaining normal homocysteine metabolism, and supports the functioning of the immune system.

Vitamin C contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and nervous system, participates in the formation of collagen and maintains the normal structure and function of bones, teeth, cartilage, gums, skin and blood vessels.
