Organic coconut glycerin, organic acerola (Malpigiha glabra), Organic Murraya Koenigia leaf, organic orange oil, water.

1 teaspoon( about 5ml) contains:

Iron 5mg - 35.75%RWS, Vitamin C 20mg - 25%RWS.

4 teaspoons( about 20ml) contains:

Iron 20mg - 143%RWS, Vitamin C 80mg - 100%RWS

*RWS - Reference Intake Values.

Adults 2-4 teaspoons daily. Children aged 3-5 years: 1 teaspoon per day. Children aged 6-12 years: 2 teaspoons per day or as recommended by a doctor.

Shake (mix) before each use. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and use within 4 weeks of opening.

Keep dietary supplements out of the reach of small children. Store away from direct sunlight at temperatures below 30°C.
