Grapefruit seeds are a powerful antioxidant. By coincidence, it was noted that grapefruit seeds during composting do not decompose which indicates that they contain substances that fight a wide range of potentially harmful batteries, fungi and viruses.

The active ingredients from grapefruit seeds destroy microorganisms and, importantly, at the same time do not destroy beneficial bacteria that are in our body. One capsule of the supplement contains 400 mg of grapefruit seed extract.
