3 teaspoons (15 ml) contain:

Alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3) 6990 mg , Linoleic acid (Omega 6) 3705 mg, Oleic acid (Omega 9) 2097 mg, Gamma linolenic acid (Omega 6) 42 mg

1-2 years - 1 teaspoon per day, 2-6 years - 2 teaspoons per day, +6 years - 3 teaspoons per day. Do not exceed the maximum amount per day.
