A daily serving (1/10 scoop) contains:

Vitamin C 28.5mg - 35.6%RWS, Red beet 26.6 mg, Carrot 0.95 mg, Spinach 0.95mg, Shatavari 0.95mg, Vitamin B12 100ug - 4000%RWS.
