Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin that is sometimes referred to as vitamin B7, B8 or H. B

iotin, like all other B vitamins, cannot be stored by the body. Therefore, to avoid its deficiency it should be supplemented in the diet.

Our supplement provides 500mcg of pure biotin of the highest quality in a capsule made of vegetable cellulose. No binders, fillers or glazing agents are added. The plant cellulose capsule naturally breaks down in stomach acid, ensuring that the nutrients are absorbed by the body during digestion.
