NOW® DHA-500 has twice as much DHA (500 mg per capsule) as in our regular strength product (250 mg per capsule).

Supportive but not conclusive studies show that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids can reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.

This fish oil concentrate is produced under strict quality control standards. It is tested to be free of potentially harmful levels of contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals. It should also be easier to digest for people who experience nausea or reflux from taking other fish oils, thanks to its odor-controlled coated capsule.

In its composition it contains fish (anchovies, sardines, tuna). Not made with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or sesame ingredients.
