INGREDIENTS

22 strains of lactic acid bacteria - these are bacteria with proven probiotic properties. The bacteria contained in MyBestProBIO are some of the best studied strains in terms of safety. All strains (in various strain combinations) have been used for years in the food industry, but a set of strains like those in MyBestProBIO is unique. Some of them, as natural immune support for newborns, are also found in breast milk, which is the most complete and valuable food known to mankind: Bifidobacterium lactis BIO5764, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BIO5764.
Acacia fiber - is mainly soluble fiber. It is very often used in supplements as a food (nutrient) for the natural human microbiome (for the correct composition of intestinal bacteria). In larger amounts, it also promotes improved intestinal motility.

HOW TO ENHANCE PROBIOTIC THERAPY

For the best survival of the probiotic, it is advisable to give it with a meal that contains at least a small amount of fat. Do not take the probiotic on an empty stomach.

Recommended daily intake: the product is intended for people over 16 years of age: 2 x 1 capsule and children over 4 years of age: 1 x 1 capsule as support and supplementation of natural bacterial flora. The supplement should be taken after meals, with a glass of water, taking care not to damage or distort the DRcaps® slow-release capsule in the process. Do not combine the product with hot foods, liquids and alcohol.
It is suggested to use the supplement for a minimum of 30 days, but the beneficial effect on health support is obtained after about 3 months of use. There are no contraindications to regular use over a long period of time as a support for the proper functioning of the digestive tract and a component of a healthy lifestyle.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. In younger children (< 4 years of age), pregnant and lactating women the use of the supplement is allowed only after consultation with a doctor.

Store the closed preparation in a dry place, temperature 15-20 degrees, out of reach of small children. The supplement does not need to be stored at a low temperature, but once opened, we recommend storing in the refrigerator to ensure a longer shelf life. Protect from light.
