Ingredients: Anti-caking agent (cellulose), marine algae Ascophyllum nodosum (sackcloth),Laminaria digitata (fingerleaf) including iodine, anti-caking agents (vegetable fatty acids, magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids), glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), emulsifier (sunflower seed lecithins), antioxidant (triethyl citrate).
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, drinking a glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Best consumed before the end: date on the bottom of the package.
