Properties of the product

The medicinal properties of turmeric have to do with the polyphenolic compounds present in its composition, primarily curcumin. The rhizome also contains starch, protein, B vitamins and macro- and micronutrients.

The secret of turmeric's absorption is its combination with piperine (an organic compound found in pepper, among other things). Turmeric from Primabiotic contains piperine in its composition, so it is better absorbed.
