Nettle has been shown to support the proper functioning of the urinary tract and supports the process of removing metabolic products from the body.

Nettle contains a lot of vitamins: C, K and B vitamins. In addition, it contains micro- and macro-elements such as iron, calcium and magnesium, as well as chlorophyll and tannins.
