Although the term "vitamin" in its name, it is actually a prohormone that our body produces on its own (mainly under the influence of sunlight). Once upon a time, in ancient and prehistoric times, people spent so much time outdoors that producing adequate amounts of vitamin D in the body was not a problem. Unfortunately, with modern lifestyles, providing adequate levels of vitamin D solely from the sun is very difficult (or simply impossible) - many of us suffer from vitamin D deficiency.
In Poland, vitamin D deficiency is described by scientists as a "population problem." The latest guidelines for treating vitamin D deficiency in our country suggest that even a balanced and varied diet is not enough to make up for the deficiency. Daily supplementation is necessary - even in spring and summer.

If you prefer to take vitamin D with water or another cool beverage, add the amount of drops corresponding to your needs to the glass with the beverage. Consume the liquid immediately. The recommended daily serving needed for beneficial effects is 20 drops (2000 IU). The package contains approximately 1800 drops = 90 days of use. Not sure what dose you should take?
