  • BERBERIS EXTRACT (INCLUDING BERBERINE): Berberine increases cellular sensitivity to insulin and improves the body's tolerance to carbohydrates. Supports liver health and promotes control of plasma triglyceride levels.
  • CINAMON EXTRACT: Cin namon has been used as a spice for years, but it also has many health-promoting properties. It helps improve blood sugar regulation, increases cellular sensitivity to insulin, influences carbohydrate metabolism and increases the feeling of satiety. Moreover, it can support heart function and circulation, and support the production of HDL cholesterol (the so-called "good cholesterol").
  • ALPHA-LIPOIC ACID (ALA): Alpha-lipoic acid is a compound that is both water-soluble and fat-soluble, hence is able to exert systemic antioxidant effects. It is a compound that is found in large quantities in mitochondria and performs essential enzymatic functions.
  • MIO-INOSITOL: Myo-inositol is one form of inositol, a component that is one of many cellular messengers. It is its biologically active form. It occurs naturally in many plants, such as nuts and citrus fruits.

    Adults: 1 capsule 3 times a day before or during a meal
