Content in the recommended daily serving of the product (2 capsules): Extract of ashwagandha root, including: - vitanolides: 200 mg - 10 mg Gamma-aminobutyric acid: 200 mg Passionflower herb extract, including: - flavonoids: 100 mg - 4 mg L-Theanine: 100 mg Magnesium: 56.25 mg (15% of RWS*) Zinc: 15 mg (150% of RWS*) Melatonin: 1 mg *RWS - Dietary Reference Value.

2 capsules once a day, drink plenty of water.

The product should not be consumed with sedative, sleep, antiepileptic drugs, do not use in children, pregnant women and during lactation. Do not exceed the recommended portion to be consumed during the day. Beneficial effects occur when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before going to bed.
