Recommended 1-2 sachets per day. Higher therapeutic doses, consult your doctor or nutritionist. For best results, tear off or cut off the tip of the sachet and squeeze the contents directly into the mouth or into 30-60 ml of juice or spring water at room temperature or slightly lower. To speed up absorption, it is recommended to consume the supplement on an empty stomach, at least 15 minutes before eating. If you are prone to low blood sugar, it is best to take Altrient B just before a light meal. Avoid hypoglycemic substances, such as caffeine, for at least 15 minutes after taking the product.
