Take two capsules from the jar "Resveratrol and green tea extract " and one capsule from the jar "Curcumin and piperine" daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. For the proper functioning of the body, a balanced diet and a proper lifestyle are important. Dietary supplement can not replace a balanced diet.
