After shampooing, remove excess water from the hair and apply a generous amount of the first Bond Restorer and massage from the roots to the ends. Make sure your hair is evenly coated. Then immediately apply a large amount of the second Moisture Hit product from root to tip and make sure the hair is evenly coated. After applying both products, leave them on your hair for 3-5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with warm water. For very damaged hair or for an intensive treatment, leave the products on for 15-20 minutes.
