    Strengthening Shampoo:
    Apply the shampoo to wet hair. Wash hair and scalp - massage until foamy. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. If you need you can wash your hair twice. You can use as often as you need, even daily.
    Vitamin D3:
    Take 1 capsule sipped with water. We suggest taking with a meal or immediately after.
    RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE: 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
    Chamomile:
    Brew for up to 5 minutes with freshly boiled water.
    20 sachets, each individually packaged to maintain maximum freshness.
    All Pukka products are certified by European Organic Agriculture and the Soil Association.
    Oviline:
    Take 1 capsule twice daily with a meal, sipping generously with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
    Muk Raw:
    Apply to dry hair. Warm the product in your hands and spread it very thoroughly before applying. For maximum hold, use muk Hair Lacquer.
