Adults - orally 2 tablets 3 times a day with meals, drinking plenty of water, for at least two weeks. It is recommended to take BioDrain for another 2-4 weeks. We recommend consuming large amounts of water - not less than 1 liter per day, optimally 1.5 to 2 liters per day. We recommend using mineral water. Additional instructions: To enhance the effectiveness of BioDrain, we recommend: - reducing or eliminating alcohol, coffee, sweets, sugar, red meat and fatty foods from the diet, - increasing the intake of whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables, - exercising in moderation to improve blood circulation, better oxygenation and elimination of toxins from the body.
