YLUMI SLEEP KAPSELN is a premium natural dietary supplement inspired by traditional Chinese herbal teachings. The carefully selected ingredients used in SLEEP KAPSELN, such as Reishi, Passionflower, Lavender, Valerian and Lemon Balm, among others, are revered in traditional Chinese herbal medicine for their beneficial properties.

The product also contains the natural sleep hormone melatonin (1 mg), which speeds up falling asleep. Formulated to help you fall asleep faster, improve the quality of your sleep and aid in the prcess of relaxation. It will also work well as a formula to prevent jetlag and sleep disorders.

The product is 100% vegan, lactose and gluten free, and contains no preservatives or colors - made in Germany.

Vitamins and minerals

  • Melatonin helps alleviate the subjective sensation of jet lag and reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Melatonin's positive effect on jet lag occurs only when at least 0.5 mg of melatonin (contained in 1 Sleep capsule) is consumed shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and in the first days after arriving at the destination. The positive effect of melatonin with regard to sleep time, on the other hand, occurs only when 1 mg of melatonin (contained in 2 Sleep capsules) is consumed shortly before going to bed.
  • Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal mental functions.
  • Thiamine contributes to the normal functioning of the heart and nervous system, among other things.

As a sleep aid: take 2 capsules with a glass of water about 60 to 90 minutes before bedtime. To reduce the effect of jet lag: take 2 capsules before going to bed on the first day of travel and 2 capsules before going to bed at your destination, taken whole with a glass of water.
