Solgar's product is a little bit of the ocean in a capsule. This is because it is a natural source of oceanic beta-carotene extracted from D. salina algae, which shine in beautiful shades of red. It contains other naturally occurring carotenoids in them: alpha-carotene, cryptoxanthin, zeaxanthin, lutein.

One package lasts for 60 days of use. Each capsule contains 7 mg of beta carotene, 331 µg of alpha-carotene and 188 µg of other carotenoids (cryptoxanthin, zeaxanthin, lutein).
