100% dried wild chaga mushroom (Inonotus obliquus (L.).
Add 0.5 to 1 teaspoon of the product to 250 ml of hot water and brew (or simmer) for 25-30 minutes. Use up to twice a day in cycles of 6-8 weeks. Take a pause for 1-8 weeks.
