In 2015, Marcus - co-founder of the Zooki brand - suffered a serious knee injury, and the doctor's recommendation was Omega 3 fatty acid supplementation. High doses of Omega caused discomfort in the digestive tract, so he decided to find a better way to take the supplement that didn't require swallowing large pills or poor-quality powders. There were no tasty supplements on the market either, so he started looking for a way to make one. He was soon joined by his friend Jack. Omega Zooki was born, and everyone who tried it couldn't believe that fish oil could taste so good.
