TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "NEWSLETTER" SERVICE
The Rich Supplements limited liability company with registered office in Warsaw, address: Krucza 16/22 Street, 00-526 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division, under KRS no.: 0001017246, NIP: 7011127593, REGON: 524363636, share capital: PLN 505,000, is an entity providing free Newsletter service, the owner of the sales service available at www.thegloow.com and at the same time the Seller in the online store www.thegloow.com.
I. Definitions
Service Provider - The Rich Supplements limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, address: Krucza 16/22 Street, 00-526 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Business Department, under KRS: 0001017246, NIP: 7011127593, REGON: 524363636, share capital: PLN 505,000.
Newsletter - service provided electronically, which allows all Subscribers to receive periodic information from the Service Provider, in particular about the Store's offer, news and promotions, marketing content, news related to the Service Provider, to the e-mail address provided by the Subscriber, upon the express consent and order of the Subscriber.
Store - online sales service operated by the Seller and available on the website www.thegloow.com.
Subscriber - an individual with full legal capacity, as well as a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, who has subscribed to the Newsletter.
Regulations - these Regulations defining the Newsletter rules, including the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and the Subscriber.
II. GENERAL PROVISIONS
(1) The Newsletter service consists of providing content about the Service Provider, the Store, offers available in the Store, news, marketing and trade information and information about promotions and news. The Newsletter contains commercial and marketing information of the Service Provider.
(2) The Newsletter is a service provided periodically, free of charge and for an indefinite period of time from the moment the Subscriber signs up until the moment of cancellation or termination of the Newsletter by the Service Provider.
(3) In order to properly use the Newsletter it is necessary:
a. having a device such as a laptop, computer, phone, tablet,
b. connection to the Internet,
c. software that allows you to browse the web,
d. having an active and properly configured e-mail account,
4. for the use of the Newsletter is not required to register in the Store.
(5) Before agreeing to use the Newsletter, the Subscriber confirms that he/she has read these Terms and Conditions and agrees that the Service Provider may send advertisements and commercial information via the Newsletter within the meaning of the Act of July 18, 2002. on the provision of electronic services to the Subscriber's e-mail address.
(6) The Service Provider may deny the Subscriber's further right to use the Newsletter service, as well as may restrict his/her access to part or all of the content if the Subscriber uses the Newsletter content in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of the applicable law and in violation of the rights of third parties, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, as well as accepted customs and rules of social intercourse.
(7) In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Rules of the Store available at www.thegloow.com shall apply.
III. Newsletter subscription and cancellation
(1) In order to subscribe to the Newsletter, you need to perform the following steps:
a. Fill out the form correctly:
i. Enter in the dedicated field the e-mail address to which the Newsletter content is to be sent and the first name. The e-mail address entered must belong to or be at the disposal of the person signing up. It is not permitted to use an e-mail address that does not belong to the person signing up for the Newsletter.
ii. Confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, terms and conditions available at www.THEGLOOW.COM
iii. Agree to send commercial information by e-mail.
iv. Agree to the processing of the provided personal data for marketing purposes. Your consent is voluntary, but necessary to sign up for the Newsletter.
b. Click the dedicated button. A message containing an activation link to confirm your consent and willingness to sign up for the Newsletter will be sent to the e-mail address you provided in the form.
c. Click on the activation link sent, to the email address provided for confirmation of consent and desire to subscribe to the Newsletter. From now on, the Subscriber will receive e-mails from the Service Provider sent within the Newsletter.
(2) The User has the right to unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time. Subscription can be cancelled by clicking on the dedicated link located in the footer of each email sent or by sending a message to info@thegloow.com.
IV. PERSONAL DATA
(1) The Subscriber is obliged to notify the Service Provider, of any change in his personal data contained in the registration form.
(2) Provision of personal data in the Newsletter form or is voluntary, but without indicating such data it will not be possible to subscribe to the Newsletter.
(3) Detailed information on the principles of processing personal data and the rights you have can be found in the privacy policy of the Store available at www.thegloow.com.
V. COMPLAINTS
(1) Any complaints should be reported to the Service Provider at the address: 16/22 Krucza Street, 00-526 Warsaw or at info@thegloow.com.
(2) A complaint notification should include the name and surname of the Subscriber and a description of the situation giving rise to the complaint.
(3) The complaint procedure referred to in the Regulations shall last 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The Participant will be notified of the processing of the complaint in a manner agreed between the parties.

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS
(1) The Service Provider may terminate the Newsletter service at any time upon one month's notice. The Service Provider shall send a notice of termination to the Subscribers at the email address provided by the Subscriber during Newsletter registration.
(2) These Terms and Conditions may be amended in the event of changes in the law or in the terms and conditions of Newsletter service. The Service Provider will inform the Subscriber about the content of the amendments to the Terms and Conditions by posting a message about the change to the Terms and Conditions on the Store's website, publishing the amended content of the Terms and Conditions, and sending an e-mail to the Subscribers with information about the change. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the information about the amendment, but no sooner than within 14 days of their announcement. The Subscriber may refuse to consent to the change of the Regulations by informing the Service Provider via a message sent to the address Krucza 16/22 Street, 00-526 Warsaw or e-mail info@thegloow.com. Sending the indicated message will be tantamount to resignation from the Newsletter from the date of entry into force of the amended Regulations.
(3) Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws, in particular the provisions of the Act on Rendering Electronic Services and the Civil Code.
(4) The Regulations shall come into force on 20.09 2023.
