REGULATIONS OF THE PROMOTION ,,2 + 1 for 50%".
I. DEFINITIONS
Assortment - goods available in the Store, which are the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Organizer.
Customer - natural person with full legal capacity, as well as a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by law, making purchases in the Store.
Consumer - Customer, being a natural person using the services of the Store in connection with activities not directly related to his/her business or professional activity, as well as a natural person using the services of the Store in connection with activities related to his/her business, when it follows from the content of the Sales Agreement concluded that it is not of a professional nature for that person, arising in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions of the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.
Basket - a service made available to each Customer who uses the Store, consisting of enabling the Customer to easily place an Order, display a summary of the Order, display the estimated delivery date. The shopping cart collects offers made by the Customer to conclude a Sales Agreement.
Newsletter - A digital service that allows the Customer to receive periodic information from the Organizer, in particular about the Assortment in the Store, including news and promotions, to the e-mail address or telephone number provided. Organizer - The Rich Supplements spółka limited liability company with registered office in Warsaw, address: Krucza 16/22 Street, 00-526 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Department, under KRS: 0001017246, NIP: 7011127593, REGON: 524363636, share capital: PLN 505,000.
Promotion - Promotional action "2 + 1 -50%". Rules of using the Promotion are defined in these Regulations.
Regulations - this set of regulations and rules of using the Promotion.
Terms and Conditions of the Store - a set of regulations and rules governing online sales in the Store, available at URL: https://thegloow.com/pl/content/44-regulamin-sklepu-internetowego.
Sales Agreement - Agreement concerning the sale of the Assortment by the Organizer to the Customer, against payment of the price plus any additional charges, in particular shipping costs. The Agreement of Sale is concluded between the Customer and the Organizer, using means of remote communication, at the moment the Customer receives a relevant email message from the Organizer, sent to the email address indicated in the Order.
Order - Customer's declaration of intent expressing direct will to conclude a Sales Agreement at a distance, submitted using means of remote communication, specifying the Assortment, as to which the Customer makes an offer to conclude a Sales Agreement, and the Customer's personal data necessary for the possible conclusion and execution of the Sales Agreement.
II. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These Regulations set out the rules for the use of the Promotion "2 + 1 -50% (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion").
2. The organizer of the Promotion is The Rich Supplements limited liability company based in Warsaw, address: Krucza 16/22 Street, 00-526 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Business Department, under KRS: 0001017246, NIP: 7011127593, REGON: 524363636, share capital: PLN 505,000.
3. The Promotion is organized in the Organizer's online store, available to customers at: https://thegloow.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").
4. The Organizer declares that the Promotion is not a game of chance, a fantasy lottery, a game in which the result depends on chance, or any other form provided for in the Act of November 19, 2009 on gambling games (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 888, as amended).
5. The promotion does not constitute an offer or a public promise within the meaning of the Civil Code.

IV. PROMOTION RULES
1. Under the Promotion, when the Customer places an Order for 3 (three) Products covered by the Promotion, the Organizer shall grant the Customer a discount on the single cheapest Product ordered, the price of which shall be reduced by 50% compared to the prevailing selling price of that Product in the Store.
2. In the event that 3 (three) ordered Products covered by the Promotion are at an identical price, the Organizer shall grant the Customer a discount on one of the 3 (three) Products at an identical price, the price of which shall be reduced by 50%, compared to the prevailing selling price of that Product in the Store.
3. In the event that 2 (two) of the 3 (three) ordered Products, covered by the Promotion, will be at an identical price, lower than the third ordered Product, the Organizer shall grant the Customer a discount on one of the 2 (two) Products at an identical price, the price of which will be reduced by 50%, compared to the selling price of that Product in force in the Store.
4. If, during the Promotion, the Customer places an Order for Products covered by the Promotion in a number that is a multiple of 3 (e.g. 6, 9, 12, etc.), the number of the cheapest Products covered by the Promotion for which a discount will be granted and whose price will be reduced by 50%, compared to the prevailing selling price of that Product, will be multiplied accordingly.
5. After the Customer has placed an Order for at least 3 (three) Products covered by the Promotion, with a total value of at least PLN 200.00 (two hundred 00/100) zlotys (gross) (refers to the value of the ordered Products, excluding delivery costs and the granted discount referred to in Paragraph 1-4 above), the delivery cost of the Products purchased under this Order will be reduced to PLN 0 (zero 00/100 zlotys), and the Customer will not incur any costs related to the shipping of this Order.
6. The Promotion does not combine with other promotions, sales, special offers available in the Shop tab at https://thegloow.com/pl/2080-oferty-specjaln and discount codes.
7. The Customer may repeatedly participate in the Promotion during the period of its validity, provided that each time the conditions specified in the Terms and Conditions are met.
V. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The Promotion lasts from March 1, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to March 10, 2024, until 11:59 p.m. or until the stock of the Products included in the Promotion runs out, whichever occurs first.
VI. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SALES CONTRACT
1. Products covered by the Promotion are subject to return in accordance with applicable regulations. In the case of withdrawal from a contract concluded remotely within the statutory period, the Customer will receive a refund of the price actually paid for that Product, i.e. in the case of return of a Product sold for a promotional price, i.e. reduced by 50%, the Customer will receive a refund of that price including the reduction applied.

VIII. COMPLAINTS
1. Complaints and claims related to the functioning of the Promotion, as well as those related to the realization of the benefits resulting from it, may be submitted by e-mail to: kontakt@thegloow.com, or in writing to: 16/22 Krucza St., 00-526 Warsaw.
2. Complaints and claims will be considered within 14 days from the date of its delivery to the Organizer. The complainant will be informed of the resolution in the manner requested in the complaint, i.e. either in writing to the mailing address provided by the complainant or in documentary form to the e - mail address.
3. The complaint or claim should include: Client's name, correspondence address or e - mail address, and a description of the circumstances forming the basis of the complaint or claim, and the manner in which the Client wishes to be notified of the processing of the complaint (registered letter or e - mail).
IX. FINAL PROVISIONS

2. the Organizer shall process the Customer's personal data in accordance with the principles set forth in the Organizer's Privacy Policy available at https://thegloow.com/pl/content/47-polityka-prywatnosci.
3. An abbreviated description of the rules of the Promotion may be found on the websites belonging to the Organizer. All such content is for informational purposes only. Only the provisions of these Promotion Rules and the applicable legal regulations shall have legal force.
4. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable acts of law, as well as the provisions of the Regulations of the Store shall apply.
5. The governing law for relations arising from these Regulations and for the settlement of any disputes related to these Regulations is Polish law.
6. The Organizer is authorized to make changes to the Terms and Conditions, as long as this does not result in the deterioration of the terms and conditions and terms of participation in the Promotion. In case of changes to the Terms and Conditions, information about the change and the new Terms and Conditions will bę published in the channels through which the Promotion is conducted and are effective from the moment of their publication. The change in the terms and conditions of the Regulations will not affect the rights acquired before the amendments to the Regulations became effective.
7. The Organizer shall endeavor to resolve any disputes with Participants amicably through direct contacts. Consumers may use the assistance of a consumer ombudsman or non-governmental organizations acting on behalf of consumers. (8) The Organizer shall not be liable if, as a result of the actions of service providers (e.g. postal service, carriers, telecommunication companies, computer network administrators, malfunction of Internet connections or the Participant's software or hardware) or force majeure events related to the implementation of services, it will not be able to fulfill all or part of the obligations provided for in these Regulations, despite the Organizer's best efforts.
