L-tryptophan is a high-quality dietary supplement that supplements the daily diet with an essential amino acid.

Essential amino acids are amino acids that the body cannot synthesize on its own and must be supplied in food. Positive aspects of its use include its effect on protein synthesis, well-being, as well as having a soothing effect on nerves, improving the process of falling asleep and having a good effect on the quality of sleep.

It can also be mentioned that tryptophan is a precursor of serotonin (the happiness hormone). It meets the standards of the European Pharmacopoeia.

L-tryptophan, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), powdered alfalfa leaves Medicago sativa L., powdered spirulina Arthrospira platensis, powdered blueberry fruit Vaccinium myrtillus L.

A daily serving (1 capsule) contains:

L-tryptophan 220 mg, spirulina powder 24 mg, blueberry powder 24 mg, alfalfa powder 72 mg.

Consume 1 capsule once a day sipped with water. Do not exceed the maximum amount of 1 serving (1 capsule) per day.

Storage: dietary supplements should be kept out of the reach of small children. Store away from direct sunlight at temperatures below 30°C.
