OM-X® fermented plant extract contains an enviable amount of fiber from as many as 15 different plants: fruits, berries, vegetables, mushrooms, seaweed.   • Dr.OHHIRA® DELUXE 5-year fermented probiotics are fermented naturally and at a natural temperature depending on the season throughout the 5-year fermentation period. After three years of fermentation at natural temperature, the mixture is placed in large anaerobic fermenters for another two years of anaerobic fermentation.
  • Since 99% of our bacteria live in the colon and colon in an anaerobic environment, the additional two years of anaerobic fermentation allows us to achieve higher levels of all the compounds that the bacteria produce under anaerobic conditions - that is, similar to those under anaerobic conditions.
