Directions foruse: the recommended daily allowance is 1 ampule of 15 ml for 7 days with breakfast in pure form or diluted in juice. Gently break the ampoule from both sides with the included plastic opener.

NOTE Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medications or have a medical condition. Not recommended if you are allergic to any of the products inside. Discard and do not use if the ampoule does not break cleanly.

STORAGE: Store the product in its original packaging, at room temperature, in a dry place, out of the reach of small children.
