Dried, cut dandelion herb (30 percent), nettle leaf (30 percent), nigella seed (20 percent), artichoke herb (10 percent), elder flower (10 percent).

Ingredients: Infusion of 1 sachet (2 g) / Infusion of 3 sachets (6 g).

Chickweed seed 0.4 g / 1.2 g

Artichoke herb 0.2 g / 0.6 g

Nie przekraczać 3 saszetek dziennie. Drink immediately before or at the beginning of a meal.

Pour 1 sachet over a glass of boiling water, brew covered for about 5 minutes.
