Niacin (vitamin B-3) is an essential B vitamin. Niacin 250 mg Flush-Free by NOW® is a product specially formulated not to cause a reaction in the form of blushing, red rash or tingling sensation.
Inositol hexanicotinate is a form consisting of six niacin molecules bound to one inositol molecule. This results in a slow breakdown in the body to produce pure niacin and inositol. The gradual release of niacin allows for its true activity, without the characteristic inconvenience that many people may not tolerate.
