LactiMood contains the patented and well-documented Probiostress® complex, which combines 30 mg of standardized safflower extract with 4 billion live lactic acid bacteria from two probiotic strains: Lactobacillus Reuteri and Bifidobacterium Breve. Probiostress® is a synergistic complex, meaning that the ingredients work together to produce a stronger effect than each ingredient individually. Saffron contributes to emotional balance and positive mood. Lactobacillus Reuteri and Bifidobacterium Breve have a positive effect on the gut-brain axis, and serve an important function in supporting balanced central nervous system function and maintaining a balanced state of mind.
