Spray directly into the mouth, under the tongue. We suggest taking the spray about 30 minutes before bedtime. Shake each time before use. When using for the first time, press 3-4 times to activate the pump.
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: 1 puff (0.2 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The product can be used in children from 3 years of age. Consumption in excessive amounts may have a laxative effect. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. To maintain proper health, follow a varied diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Consume within 6 months of first use.
Store in a dark and dry place at room temperature, out of the reach of small children.
