Adults 1 serving (5 g), i.e. one flat measure of the product per day. Use the included measuring cup to measure the product. A portion of the powder should be mixed with 300 ml of water at lukewarm temperature before consumption. The liquid should be consumed immediately after preparation. It is recommended not to consume on an empty stomach.
