Thieves' oil: Use the following recipe to improve the indoor microclimate:

1 liter of hot water and 6-10 drops of Oil of Thieves ®.

Place a bowl of hot water in the room where you want to improve the microclimate and give the room a beautiful refreshing healthy fragrance. Add 6-10 drops of Oil of Thieves ® to the bowl of steaming hot water. Close the room and wait until the water stops evaporating. Then ventilate the room and enjoy the healthy scent!

Natural Oil of Thieves ® also works well in aromatizing rooms by heating in an aromatherapy fireplace.

Cinnamon Oil:

Baths: 4-6 drops of cinnamon oil into a tub of warm water.
Body: combine 2-4 drops of cinnamon oil with base oil or conditioned body lotion.
Air aromatization, sauna use: 3-6 drops per liter of water into a diffuser, humidifier or atomizer. 2-4 drops of cinnamon oil per 100 ml of water into an aromatherapy fireplace.

Orange oil: before the first use, conduct an allergy test. Orange oil should always be diluted with water, another base oil or a cosmetic agent. It is phototoxic, so it should not be applied to skin exposed to sunlight (an interval of at least 12 hours should be maintained). Orange oil is suitable for aromatherapy, relaxing baths and massage.
