Pour the contents of the sachet into a large mug, add water min. 300 ml (!) and stir vigorously before 20 seconds. Then drink the whole thing in another 30 seconds, before the drink thickens. If necessary, sip with a few sips of clean water. If the contents of the cup thicken (after about 60-90 seconds), making it impossible to drink, you can safely consume the contents with a spoon, as you would a kisel. Sip with a few additional sips of water. MyBestSkinny should be taken once a day 15 minutes before meals (if you also use MyBestSlim before breakfast and lunch, we recommend consuming MyBestSkinny before dinner). You can use MyBestSkinny as a meal supplement or in place of a snack that is not a full meal.
