Children over 3 years old. - Half a dose of 2.5 ml of oil (=1/2 full tablespoon) with the main meal. Since children over 3 years old are a very sensitive group, the decision to administer should be consulted with a doctor. Children over 12 years of age and adults - a full dose of 5 ml of oil (=3/4 full tablespoon) with the main meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.

After opening, store in the refrigerator, out of reach of small children. May form a suspension, shake before use. Packaged under protective atmosphere.
