Preparation
1.Pour the powder into a glass or your favorite mug.
2.Pour in cold or lukewarm water - preferably 0.2-0.3l. Wait 2 minutes for better dissolution and stir.
3.If you have capsules in your formula - take them out of the package.
4.Take the first sip and smile, then sip the capsules with the contents of the glass and congratulate yourself - you are one day closer to building a healthy habit! One sachet per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. For the proper functioning of the body, a balanced diet and a proper lifestyle are important. Dietary supplement can not replace a balanced diet.
