Proper nutrition is important for the proper functioning of the entire human body, especially the brain. If we want to perform well (for example, at work or school), we must first take care of our diet. If it does not provide the necessary ingredients in sufficient amounts, the functions of the nervous system can deteriorate. It is for this purpose that Levann Concentration supplement was created.

Ingredients:

  • Caffeine - This is a common anti-fatigue ingredient that effectively supports the nervous system and provides a boost of energy for fast action. It influences the brain by blocking the action of adenosine2, a neurotransmitter that makes us feel tired.
  • Cytokoline - It is a precursor in the production of phosphatidylcholine, a compound that is, among other things, a building block of cell membranes. Choline is also a substrate for the synthesis of acetylcholine - a neurotransmitter that is responsible for the transmission of signals through nerve cells, which translates into indirect participation in memory processes behind cognitive ability, memory, concentration, among others.
  • N-acetyl-L-tyrosine - It participates in the synthesis of the neurotransmitter dopamine, which can be further converted to epinephrine and norepinephrine, among others. Adrenaline and norepinephrine, by participating in the efficient transmission of nerve impulses, stimulates us to action and allows us to cope properly in difficult moments.
  • Ginseng - It has a positive effect on many processes in the human body. Thanks to the presence of ginsenosides, they act in the body as needed - calming in stressful situations, and when more performance is needed - stimulating. They contribute to normal mental and cognitive activity and help maintain physical and mental performance when weakened, exhausted, tired and losing concentration.
  • Lions Mane - A source of extremely valuable bioactive substances. Thanks to the presence in the composition of ingredients such as hericerin and erinacin, it supports the performance of cognitive functions. These substances affect the formation of new brain connections and reduce the action of enzymes that break down acetylcholine, which is a key component in the efficient and proper transmission of nerve impulses through the nervous system.
  • Thiamine (vitamin B1) - participates in the synthesis of neurotransmitters, and thus regulates the biochemical economy of the brain and improves the process of neurotransmission. It also participates in metabolic metabolism, which is crucial in the process of energy storage in the human body.
  • Iron - A protein contained in red blood cells, whose main role is to transport oxygen around the body, including to the brain, for which oxygen is the fuel needed for proper functioning. Unfortunately, it is increasingly found to be lacking in our diets, especially those that significantly reduce the intake of animal products.
  • Zinc - is an element that helps maintain normal cognitive functions, including memory and concentration, and acts as a modulator of neural transmission. As a result, intellectual effort, memory exercises, concentration and learning can be more effective.
  • Iodine - Helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system. It is also necessary for the production of thyroid hormones: thyroxine and its active form triiodothyronine. Among other things, the normal development and functioning of the brain and nervous system, pituitary gland and muscles depend on the concentration of these hormones.
  • Small-leaved Bacopa extract - Supports memory, concentration and cognitive function (which is especially important in the elderly due to the physiology of the aging process). Research also suggests that it may help relieve stress and minimize its effects.
  • L-theanine - is an amino acid that is abundantly found in tea leaves. Its effects are similar to those of caffeine. It is counted among adaptogens, and due to its affinity for receptors in nerve cells, its characteristic property is to stimulate brain activity, which makes us feel calm, relaxed, while keeping the mind alert.
