The specialized night serum in the form of a light emulsion with 0.3% pure retinol, vitamin C and coenzyme Q10 shows effective anti-wrinkle and corrective action.

By stimulating the skin to renew itself, it visibly improves its texture and firmness, smooths it and reduces the appearance of pores and wrinkles. The optimal combination of soothing and moisturizing ingredients reduces the effects of building the skin's tolerance to retinol: accelerates its regeneration, strengthens the hydrolipid barrier, effectively protects it from water loss and reduces redness and flaking.

Action

  • Pure retinol with high stability long-term stimulates renewal processes, making wrinkles shallow and the oval of the face corrected. It accelerates the process of epidermal replacement and exfoliation, thus evening out skin texture and color, reducing imperfections and reducing the visibility of sebaceous gland outlets ("pores").
  • Vitamin C in the stable form of Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate firms and firms the skin, counteracts sebum oxidation and has a brightening effect by inhibiting melanin synthesis. Together with retinol, it effectively reduces hyperpigmentation, scars and acne lesions.
  • Coenzyme Q10 and vitamin E, as powerful antioxidants, effectively neutralize free radicals, slowing down the skin's aging process.
  • Hydroxystearic acid nullifies the harmful effects of UV radiation, helping to reduce hyperpigmentation and so-called lentigines spots. It enhances the effect of retinol, accelerating the reduction of discoloration and helping to stimulate collagen synthesis.
  • Ceramides, which are part of the intercellular cement, strengthen the skin's natural protective barrier, accelerating its regeneration and effectively protecting it from excessive water loss. Together with cholesterol and pentavitin, they perfectly improve the appearance of dry skin, reduce flaking and itching, have a soothing effect and provide long-term protection.
  • The synergy of action of low- and ultra-low-molecular hyaluronic acid increases skin elasticity, leveling fine lines and wrinkles. Together with trehalose, they effectively bind water in the epidermal structures due to their hygroscopic properties.
  • Fleischer's willowberry extract comprehensively improves the appearance of skin prone to oiliness or acne by reducing sebum secretion, reducing the appearance of pores and calming the skin.
  • Baikal Thyroid extract exhibits strong soothing properties, effectively delaying the skin's aging process. It becomes less sensitive, better hydrated and firmer.

Note: We recommend using the product only after the skin has built up a tolerance to lower concentrations of retinol. In case of first contact with this active ingredient or returning to its use after a long break, we suggest purchasing Emulsion Serum with 0.3% Pure Retinol or Serum with Pure Retinol 0.5%.

WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Due to its high retinol content, the product should not be used by pregnant women. Use during lactation should be consulted with a health care practitioner.
- When using retinoids, apply a high SPF 50+ sunscreen daily, such as a light cream or light emulsion, and avoid sun exposure. Year-round use of retinol is acceptable, but before any planned increased sun exposure, discontinue use completely about 4 weeks in advance.
- During the first weeks of use, redness, dryness or irritation of the skin, as well as peeling, may be observed - this is the result of the skin building up a tolerance to this active ingredient. In this case, it is necessary to complementary use of moisturizing, nourishing and rebuilding hydrolipid barrier products.
- During retinol treatment, the skin requires increased hydration and regeneration.
Note: We recommend using the product only after the skin has built up a tolerance to lower concentrations of retinol. In case of first contact with this active ingredient or return to its use after a long break, we suggest buying Emulsion Serum with 0.3% Pure Retinol or Serum with Pure Retinol 0.5%.
HOW TO BUILD TOLERANCE?
Always start using retinol at a lower concentration (e.g. 0.3% or 0.5%) both when doing the treatment for the first time and when resuming it after a long break.
For the first two weeks, apply the serum every fourth evening. If there are no side effects during this period, then you can reduce the interval between applications by 1 day after each completed two weeks of treatment as follows:
1-2 week - application every 4th evening
3-4 week - application every 3rd evening
5-6 week - application every 2nd evening
At this stage you will get to the point where the serum with retinol is already applied 4 times a week. Only when you already tolerate the product well at this frequency of use (not before!), you can start using a higher concentration of retinol. To do this, take a 3-day break and repeat the above regimen with a more concentrated serum.
The serum does not contain fragrance additives, its slightly noticeable note is due to the composition.
Store in a dry and shaded place, at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
