Take 1 to 3 capsules daily (depending on age) sipped with water.
Children 3-6 years: 1 capsule per day (open the capsule and add the powder to the liquid of your choice).
Children 7-13 years: 2 capsules daily,
Children 14+ years: 3 capsules daily.
