Fiber is an important part of a healthy diet and plays an important role in the health and consistent function of the entire digestive tract.

In fiber, one can distinguish between water-soluble and insoluble components. Insoluble fibers tend to absorb water and provide mass in the digestive tract. In addition, fibers, such as cellulose, for example, undergo natural fermentation, resulting in the production of short-chain fatty acids, which are the main source of energy for healthy intestinal cells.

Water-soluble fiber components such as pectin, mucilage and hemicelluloses promote the removal of heavy metals.

Daily serving (3 capsules) contains:

Organic ground flax seeds 420 mg, Psyllium seed husks(Psyllium Husk) 420 mg, Apple Pectin 105 mg, Kelp 90 mg, Rice Bran 90 mg, Fructooligosaccharides (F.O.S.) 75 mg.

One to three capsules a day with plenty of water with a meal.
