Scandinavian rainbow trout oil 4875 mg including: Omega 3 (47% DHA and 19% EPA) 780 mg, Omego 6 561 mg, Omega 7 340 mg, Omega 9 1279 mg, rosemary leaf extract standardized for 4-5% carnosic acid 25 mg.

A daily serving (15 ml) contains:

Scandinavian rainbow trout oil 14625 mg including: Omega 3 (47% DHA and 19% EPA) 2340 mg, Omego 6 1683 mg, Omega 7 1020 mg, Omega 9 3837 mg, Rosemary leaf extract standardized to 4-5% carnosic acid 75 mg.

Adults and adolescents from 1 to 3 teaspoons (5 - 15 ml) per day, children from 1 to 12 years of age 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day. Do not exceed the maximum amount of 1 serving (5 ml) for children and 3 servings (15 ml) for adults and adolescents to consume daily.

Storage: after opening: store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months. Dietary supplements should be kept out of reach of small children. Store away from direct sunlight at temperatures below 30°C.
