Man 50+ Prostate Complex formula is a selected range of plant extracts. The formulation includes a researched pollen extract standardized for beta-sitosterols in combination with nettle root, pumpkin seed, sabal palm berries and African plum (pygeum africanum).

Pygeum africanum is native to sub-Saharan Africa and the island of Madagascar and is extracted from the bark of the African plum tree Prunus africana, a member of the Rosaceae family. The formula was developed based on clinical studies to support health in men over 50.

Pumpkin seed extract and nettle extract help maintain normal bladder function and urine flow, and support normal prostate function. All ingredients are extracted from plants and gently extracted to maintain active compounds.

1 capsule contains:

Common Rye 150mg, African Plum 50mg, Saw Palmetto 100mg, Common Nettle 75mg, Musk Pumpkin 25mg.

A daily serving (2 capsules) contains:

Common rye 300mg, African plum 100mg, Saw Palmetto 200mg, Common nettle 150mg, Musk pumpkin 50mg

One to two capsules per day at mealtime or as directed by your doctor. Do not exceed the maximum amount per day.
