Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of feelings of fatigue and tiredness.

This vegan liquid formula is made through a natural fermentation process and contains both methyl and adenosylcobalamin. These two different forms are at different metabolic stages and are required and used in different processes in the body. The glycerin-based formula (extracted from coconuts) facilitates absorption.

Vitamin B12 liquid contains 100% active ingredients without artificial fillers or unpleasant odors. It is sourced according to Viridian's strict ethical criteria, including no animal testing, GMOs or palm oil.

Calcium carbonate (calcium), malic acid, calcium salts of citric acid (calcium), magnesium oxide (magnesium), magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sodium borate (boron).

A daily serving (5 g = a heaping tea spoon) contains:

calcium 800 mg - 100%RWS, magnesium 350 mg - 95%RWS, vitamin C 500 mg - 625%RWS, boron 2 mg.

RWS - Reference Intake Value

Consume 1 scoop of the product 5g once a day, preferably after an evening meal, mixed with a small amount of water or juice. Do not exceed the maximum amount of 1 serving (5g) per day.

Storage: dietary supplements should be kept out of the reach of small children. Store away from direct sunlight at temperatures below 25°C.
