Contains no yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish or nuts. Manufactured in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Mix 1 flat tablespoon a day with at least 8 ounces of water or juice. Remember to drink plenty of extra fluids throughout the day. For sensitive individuals, start with 1 teaspoon a day and gradually increase the dose to 1 tablespoon.
