Yoga and fitness pad, is a mini version of the Moonhola yoga mat. With our pad you will get comfort, stability and grip. If your elbows, knees or other parts of your body are sensitive and need extra soft support, place our yoga pad on top of your full-size mat in addition, and you will feel immediate comfort and convenience. Yoga pads also work great when you're doing standing postures with both feet close together or on one foot, such as eagle pose or standing on your hands.

If you prefer to practice on a thinner mat, adding a mini yoga mat will also reduce pressure on your knees, wrists and ankles during practice.

GOOD FOR YOU AND THE EARTH

  • Our PRO eco-friendly professional yoga mat is made of biodegradable rubber and eco-polyurethane top layer. We care about the environment, but also about your health. In the process of manufacturing the mat, we eliminated potentially harmful toxic adhesives, and used water-based paints and natural dyes. The mat does not contain any other potentially toxic ingredients that are sometimes found in yoga mats - such as pvc, lead, cadmium, silicones or latex.

STABILITY AND ADHESION

  • The thickness of the mat provides stability during exercise, while cushioning and protecting joints and making practice more enjoyable, which is important especially on hard surfaces. The mat also owes its stability to a special type of tread called herringbone, which makes the mat have excellent grip on the ground.
  • The unique STICKY technology, using eco-polyurethane, ensures uncompromised grip during practice.

CARE

  • It is best to wipe the mat with a slightly damp cloth. For heavier soiling, the mat can be hand washed at a low temperature and then allowed to dry. Do not machine wash, do not tumble dry, do not use chemicals. The paints used for gold printing are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, and the printing is extremely durable. On the other hand, over time and with intensive practice, any print can undergo a natural process of wear and tear, so take care of your mat carefully. Always fold it with the print facing outward, avoid direct exposure to sunlight, and don't apply greasy body cosmetics when you plan to practice on your mat.
